Wantagh Mazda, located on Sunrise Hwy, Wantagh, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Pro to join our team! You will have the opportunity to sell new & used cars to walk-ins and phone ups, as well as handle internet leads.

Qualifications:

• New Car sales experience required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
• Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong closing skills
• Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
• Must have a valid and clean New York State driver’s license
• Basic computer and internet skills

Requirements:

• Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed
• Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
• Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
• Maintains accurate sales documentation
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

We will provide you with;

• Compensation range of $80-$120K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity 
• We have an open floor policy, and we do not flood the sales floor. We average 6 salespeople for 100+ monthly sales volume
• Quarterly Loyalty Bonus is paid directly from Mazda as well as from the dealership
