We are a High-Volume Toyota dealer and we are seeking to hire one Sales Professional to join our team! You will have the opportunity to sell both New & Used cars! We have a huge selection of  New Cars and over 160 Used Cars to sell from! We gross on our deals!!!

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product with an eagerness to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Sales experience is a plus; however, if you have sales experience from another industry, we are willing to train
• A Clean Driver’s license is a must

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships to build a clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
