Assistant Service Manager  /  Service Advisor

 General Motors Dealer, located in Nassau County, is seeking to hire an Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor!

Are you an experienced Service Advisor with at least 3 years of automotive service experience and ready to take the next step in your career? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established GM dealership and grow into a stronger leadership role within the Service Department.

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual who understands the importance of CSI, communication, teamwork, and keeping the service drive moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include;

• Reports directly to the Service Manager
• Assist the Service Manager with client issues or complaints
• Work with the Senior Management team on strategies & reporting
• Assist the Service Advisor team on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve, and multi-task
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic

• Salary range $85K- $125K per year / based on your level of experience / this is a commission-based opportunity
