The right candidate must have large Independent or Franchised Dealer Body Shop Management experience. Current certifications and licenses a big plus. Reynolds computer experience is also a plus. Super opportunity with an excellent compensation package. Pay range based on performance, previous experience, and skill level.

Responsibilities include;

• The overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our auto body shop operations
• Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume
• Provide a department operating profit and maintain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.
• Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.
• Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with state, federal, and local regulations that affect body shop operations
• Excellent communication necessary with strong leadership and management skills

• Strong salary,$90,000 – $130,000 /, based on your level of experience
