High Line New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire A, B, and C Techs to join our high-line service team.

Requirements

• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately according to factory standards
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and general maintenance services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management regarding vehicle status
• Properly document all repair orders and services performed
• Test-drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs
• Assist in maintaining the dealership’s high CSI standards and customer satisfaction goals
• C Techs will handle routine maintenance services while developing advanced technical skills for future growth within the dealership
• Follow dealership and factory safety procedures
• Communicate vehicle conditions clearly to Service Advisors

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated record of following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
• Experience in collaborating with Service Advisors, Parts Departments, or customers to complete repairs efficiently
• We are seeking to hire a candidate who has a clean driver’s license
