F&I Manager

Champion Honda, located @ 544 W. Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY, is the fastest-growing Powersports Dealer located in Nassau County, and we are seeking to hire an experienced F&I Manager to join us. This is for experienced candidates only.

The season is here, and we are...GEARING UP FOR A SUPER SELLING SEASON!

Responsibilities Include:

• Presenting finance, warranty, and protection products to customers
• Structuring and finalizing finance deals
• Working directly with lenders and financial institutions
• Ensuring all deals are compliant and processed accurately
• Maximizing backend gross while maintaining high CSI standards
• Assisting the sales team in closing deals and maintaining deal flow

Qualifiactions 

• Knowledgeable, motivated, assertive
• Must have good paperwork and contract skills
• Must ensure all deals are compliant
• Must have excellent CSI and be highly ethical
• Strong  menu presentation skills
• Excellent references are a must
