Long Island New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Finance Manager with proven experience in a new car dealership environment to join us!

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned F&I professional who knows how to produce, protect the deal, and deliver strong customer satisfaction.

Prior F&I experience is an absolute must  (No beginners)

You must have the following skills:

  • A proven track record of high performance
  • Ability to increase profitability within the F&I Department and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
  • Team player, capable of helping others, including salespeople, succeed
  • Possess strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Process all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
  • Utilize a menu-style selling system via innovative technology
  • Ensure that all contracts are funded promptly
  • Work closely with the Sales Team/Management
  • Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
