Service Advisor

Legend Autorama, located on Merrick Road in Amityville, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service team.

We service and represent a strong lineup, including Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen, and we are looking for a motivated, professional, customer-focused Service Advisor who is ready to take advantage of a great opportunity.

We have had a very strong and loyal customer base for many years!

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can:

• Greet service customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Write repair orders accurately and clearly
• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance to customers 
• Follow up with customers throughout the service process
• Work closely with technicians and service management
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards
• Build long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
• Must be professional, dependable, and motivated
• Knowledge of Porsche, Audi, or Volkswagen is a plus, but not mandatory
