As a leader in the luxury automotive industry, we understand that a strong IT infrastructure is key to our continued success. We are seeking a skilled and motivated In-House IT Technician to join our team and help support our dealership’s growing technology needs.

Position Summary:

The In-House IT Technician will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the dealership’s IT infrastructure, including workstations, networks, servers, dealership management systems, phone systems, and user support. You will be the first point of contact for all technical issues and play a critical role in maintaining uptime and performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on IT support to all dealership staff (hardware, software, networking)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and dealership-specific software
  • Maintain and update computer systems, applications, and user accounts
  • Assist with server administration, backups, and data security protocols
  • Monitor network and system performance; diagnose and fix connectivity issues
  • Maintain phone systems and ensure seamless internal/external communication
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized IT services or escalated support
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for the internal knowledge base
  • Support AV systems for meetings, presentations, and showroom displays

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a dealership or multi-user business environment
  • Familiarity with dealership software platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service-oriented
  • Must be able to work on-site at the dealership during regular business hours
