Daily Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform repairs and maintenance as outlined in the repair order, following dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to assess vehicle systems and components.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair key automotive systems, including the engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs and provide estimated timelines for further repairs.
- Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Qualities we’re looking for:
- A, B & C Level Experience at an automotive dealership.
- Automotive Technical School certificate.
- ASE Certificates in the GMC family of vehicles are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the service drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dexterity requires a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
