Parts Director

A Large world-class multi-franchise dealer with locations throughout Long Island is seeking to hire a  Parts Director. The ideal candidate will be able to manage employees, set goals, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

$10,000 – $25,000 Signing Bonus

(Based on Your Level of Experience)

A minimum of 5 years as Parts Manager is required.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Hire, train, and motivate Parts employees.
• Prepare and administer operating departmental budgets while controlling operating costs.
• Establish and maintain world-class customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Manage scheduling, repair workflows, loaner fleet, and customer interactions.
• Optimize parts inventory to ensure attainment of sales
• Understand and comply with relevant regulations, including OSHA and hazardous waste disposal.
• Maintain reporting systems and monitor performance metrics.

Compensation:

Earning potential $150,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience, track record, and performance.
