Inventory Data / Entry Specialist

Infiniti City of Queens, located at 217-07 Northern Blvd, Bayside, is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain new and used vehicle inventory accurately and efficiently
• Ensure inventory records are complete and up to date
• Assist with vehicle billing and related administrative tasks
• Support accounting and dealership operations as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects outside of the primary job description when required

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership experience is required
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is preferred but not required
• Billing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of new and used vehicle accounting and floorplan processes is helpful
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn and support the team

• Salary range: $55k-$65k per year, based on your level of experience
