Acura of Bay Shore is currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the Business Development Center.

We are seeking a candidate who can provide a superior customer experience that not only meets expectations but drives appointments, showroom visits, and ultimately sales

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internet leads
• Provide accurate information regarding new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Assist in guiding customers through the initial stages of the car-buying process

The Skills You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a BDC department (preferred but not mandatory)
• Great communication/people skills 
• Light computer knowledge is required
• The ability to multitask 

What Acura of Bay Shore Offers:

• Salary $55K – $75K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
