Service Advisor

East Hills Subaru of Roslyn, located on Northern Blvd, Roslyn, NY, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to satisfy the automotive needs of our clients.

Sign-on bonus is available, based on qualifications and experience. Six-Figure Earning Potential

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Generate appraisals and estimates
• Write repair orders and follow up with the customer via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain CSI standards

Job Requirements

• Strong listening & excellent communication skills​
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Be very detail-oriented
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus

Compensation

• Salary range: $75K-$200K a year / this is a commission-based opportunity
