F&I Director

The Smith Haven Auto Group located on Middle Country Rd, St James, NY is seeking to hire an F&I Director.

Seasoned F&I Professionals need only apply.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire group consisting of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mazda. You will also be responsible for taking turns on an as-needed basis.

You must have the following skills:

• A minimum of (4) years of experience as an F&I Manager is mandatory
• Ability to increase profitability within the F&I Departments and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Thorough knowledge of retail  finance and leasing is a must
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Team player, capable of helping others succeed
• Possess strong managerial and leadership skills
• Utilize a menu-style selling system via innovative technology
• Ensure that all contracts are funded promptly
• Work closely with the Sales & Management team
• Knowledge of various lending institutions as to where finance and lease deals are to be placed
• Excellent relationships with the banks
• A proven track record of high-performance
