Assistant Office Mgr / Deal Coster

 

North Shore Eastern Suffolk County New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an Assistant Office Manager / Deal Coster. You will be assisting the current Office Manager with other various duties as well. 

You must have a minimum of (4) years of experience as an Automotive Bookkeeper or a Deal Coster.

 Job Description:

  • Costing/posting deals and finalizing to accounting
  • Following up and processing of funding and payoffs
  • Processing incentive rebates
  • Breaking down contracts
  • Extended warranties
  • Excel knowledge
  • Reserves and payoffs
  • Packaging deals for the banks
  • Detail-orientated / special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • You must be self-motivated and have a great work ethic
  • Being a team player is essential
  • Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience a plus but not mandatory

  • Salary range of 55K – $70K per year, based on your level of experience
