Sales Manager

Western Suffolk / Nassau County High Volume New Car Franchise Domestic Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager now!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has a minimum of (3) years of Sales Management experience with a proven track record and great references!

You must be proficient in all of the following;

• The ability and talent to, T.O. and close deals
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools
• Must have an excellent CSI track record
• The ability to hire train & motivate a sales team
• Analyze inventories & assist in the ordering of vehicles
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite  experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  

We will provide you with;

• Salary range of $150K – $175K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
• An aggressive end-of-the-month commission plan
