Apple Honda located @ 1375 Old Country Road, Riverhead, NY  and we are seeking to hire a BDC Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries through various channels such as web leads, phone calls, and emails.
• Follow up both short-term and long-term with clients using our customer relationship management system, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
• Demonstrate a professional and articulate manner when communicating with customers, adept at problem-solving to address their concerns.
• Effectively direct customer calls, questions, and concerns to the appropriate party, including online assistance when available.
• Keep meticulous records by logging all activities into our CRM system, ensuring comprehensive documentation of interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or related field.
•  Proficiency in basic computer operating systems including Windows, Google, and Microsoft.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone and email etiquette, ensuring positive interactions with every client.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, displaying natural leadership qualities and a willingness to assist in training.
• Flexibility to work weekends is a must
• Full-time and part-time options are available to suit your schedule.
