BDC Personnel

Legend Nissan / Infiniti located on Jericho Tpke, Syosett, NY is seeking to hire BDC Personnel for our Servvie & Sales Dept.

We are searching for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Business Development Center.

Job Duties Include:

• Monitoring and contacting Internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer, and third-party sites
• Determining each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to call and e-mail scripts
• Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
• Follow up with our service customers to address any concerns that may have have
• Attending weekly sales meetings and training
• Meeting, communicating, and assisting with the management team, regarding objectives, planned activities, and analysis

We will provide you with;

• A salary range of $55K – $70K per year this is a commission-based opportunity
