We are seeking to hire an Automotive Deal Coster/ Bookkeeper to work in our St James, NY office.  The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and the ability to multitask.

We are looking for an Automotive Deal Coster/ Bookkeeper to work in our St James, NY office. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. 

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Costing and posting deals
• Reconciling corresponding schedules
• Remitting after-sales payables
• Maintaining accurate financial records
•  Other small clerical duties

Requirements

• Experience as either Deal Coster/ Biller/ Bookkeeper. CDK experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Solid math and reconciling skills
• Strong basic computer skills (email, MS Suite, Google Suite)
• Needs to be detail-oriented and a problem-solver
• Must be a team player

We Will Provide you with;

• Salary range $54,000-$64,000 annually / based on your level of experience
• Medical benefits plan
• Paid time off and paid vacation
• 5-day week / 37.5 hr work week / Monday-Friday position
