Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of successful automotive sales experience, with a strong focus on Pre‑Owned vehicles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales and gross profit goals
• Ability to build value in vehicles and maximize front‑end and back‑end gross
• Experience with CRM systems and consistent follow‑up processes
• Strong understanding of digital leads, internet sales, and social media prospects
• Skilled in conducting professional vehicle walk‑arounds and product presentations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Bilingual is a strong plus
