Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a proven Commercial Selling Manager to lead our Commercial & Truck Division. If you have Commercial Truck experience from another franchise, you need to apply as well.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a separate showroom environment, work your own deals, and be responsible for both new and pre-owned truck sales.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RUNNING:

• Heavy-Duty RAM Lineup: 2500 CC, 3500 CC, 4500 CC, 5500 CC)
• Commercial Vans: ProMaster
• Pre-Owned Truck Inventory
• Your own showroom, your own desk, your own operation

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Desk and close your own deals from start to finish
• Manage and grow commercial & truck sales operations
• Discuss the advantages of a upfits, that can be installed on a cab‑and‑chassis truck after it leaves the factory.
• Work directly with customers—no back-and-forth to the podium
• Take control of inventory, pricing, and deal structure
• Build relationships with commercial clients and repeat business
• Go out on the road, visiting local businesses and clients to actively sell and promote our heavy-duty truck line
• Develop new commercial accounts through outside sales efforts
• Maximize gross while delivering a transparent buying experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Wages $90,000-$120,000+  /  this is a commission-based opportunity
