We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Buyer to join our team and help drive our continued success.

Position Overview:

The Automotive Buyer is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing pre-owned vehicles that meet dealership standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a profitable and desirable inventory mix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and online platforms
• Evaluate vehicles for condition, market value, and resale potential
• Negotiate purchase pricing to ensure profitability
• Monitor market trends and pricing guides to make informed buying decisions
• Work closely with sales and management teams to align inventory with customer demand
• Manage vehicle appraisals and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and industry contacts

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive buying, sales, or appraisal experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle valuation tools and market trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license required
