Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• The ability to prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Document declines for services from the customer and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns have been addressed

Requirements:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
• Basic computer knowledge
• A persistent problem solver
• The ability to multitask
• Strong selling skills
• The ability to generate high CSI scores
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
