SERVICE ADVISOR – NASSAU COUNTY CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP

A Very Busy Nassau County Chevrolet Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with at least 2 years of prior automotive Service Advisor experience and a proven track record of success.

If you know how to build strong customer relationships, generate customer-pay work, maintain excellent CSI, and thrive in a fast-paced Service Department, we want to speak with you!

We are seeking a candidate who can:

• Greet customers professionally and determine their service needs
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended repairs
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Generate and sell customer-pay maintenance and repair work
• Work closely with technicians and the Parts Department to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status, approvals, and completion
• Handle warranty and dealership procedures accurately
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced Service Department

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of prior Service Advisor experience required
• Proven track record of sales, CSI, and customer retention
• Chevrolet or General Motors experience is a plus, but ont mandatory
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy service drive
• Strong computer and dealership-management-system skills

We will provide you with:

• Salary $85 – $120K per year /  this is a commission-based opportunity
