Service Advisor

Riverhead Toyota, located on Route 58, Riverhead, NY, is a family-owned and operated dealer and is seeking to hire a Service Advisor. This is an immediate hire opportunity! We are a family-owned & operated dealer!

If you have experience from another facet of the automotive industry, we are willing to train you!

Automotive experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following:

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Rotating Saturdays

We will provide you with a

• Salary of $80-$100K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
• Optional 6th day available — work an extra day and earn an additional full day’s pay.
