Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing documentation, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and disputes to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and timely reimbursement. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our company’s reputation for quality service. The Warranty Administrator will work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient warranty processes and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Process and review warranty claims submitted by customers or service teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions, including claim status, correspondence, and resolution outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical support, parts departments, and service teams to facilitate the approval and processing of warranty requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding warranty status, required documentation, and resolution timelines.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends, recurring issues, or areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines related to warranty procedures
• Prepare reports on warranty activities for management review and decision-making purposes

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to analyze data and identify patterns or issues requiring attention
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with warranty management software (DMS Software)
• Knowledge of product repair processes or technical understanding of the company’s offerings is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to customer satisfaction through effective warranty management while working within a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing service processes
• Familiarity with OEM policies and procedures
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Stellantis’ warranty policy and procedures are a must
