We are seeking a candidate with exceptional phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively through email with both our clients and our management team.

You will be responsible for handling all new car inquiries with the goal of scheduling appointments for prospective clients to meet with a sales team member. This requires identifying each customer’s vehicle needs by asking the right questions, actively listening, and staying informed about new models, features, accessories, and the benefits they offer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and communication notes
• Coordinate appointments between customers and the sales teams
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the standards of a high-line luxury brand
• Respond to internet leads, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and consistent manner
• Track and monitor lead sources and appointment show rates
• Support dealership marketing and customer outreach initiatives as needed
• Work closely with sales and service management to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Overseeing the lease portfolio and acting as a liaison between the client and sales team
• You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service and great phone skills are needed
• Light computer skills required
