Sarant Cadillac, located at 4339 Hempstead Tpke, Farmingdale, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Reynolds and Reynolds / Ignite  is preferred, but not mandatory

We will provide you with:

• Salary range of $80K-$150K+ per year / Several of our Service Advisors are earning more than $120k per year! This is a commission-based opportunity
