Sales Manager – Otis Ford Quogue NY
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead new- and used-vehicle sales operations in a fast‑paced Ford dealership. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing people and processes, and ensuring compliance with OEM and dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily deal flow, desking, structuring, and profitability
- Lead and hold sales staff accountable through coaching and sales meetings
- Oversee CRM usage, customer follow‑up, and lead management
- Manage and align BDC performance with sales objectives
- Supervise inventory levels, pricing, turn, and merchandising
- Conduct used vehicle appraisals
- Drive lease penetration and retention strategies
- Coordinate with marketing on promotions, imagery, and OEM compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with Ford Motor Credit and lenders; ensure funding efficiency
- Review reporting, performance metrics, and OEM benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Manager experience in a Ford or franchised dealership preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of CRM, leasing, inventory, and lender processes
- Ability to meet OEM standards and drive consistent results
Benefits:
- Salary $150,000–$175,000. per year / this is a commission-based opportunity

- Close 6 PM on Weekdays / 5 PM on Saturday
