Sales Manager

Gregoris Subaru, located on Merrick Rd, Valley Stream, is a community-focused dealership committed to honest service and long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager with exceptional closing skills and a proven ability to connect with customers. This role requires someone who can actively engage each customer, identify opportunities, and maximize sales performance.

Job Description;

• Manage, train, lead, and motivate the sales  team of Sales Professionals 
• You must be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
• Uphold the dealership’s core values of integrity, trust, and respect
• Ensure consistent follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business

Quailications 

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI skills
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal / written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record

We will provide you with a:

• Salary $125-$150K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
