Nassau / Queens New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an Office Manager.

If you are an experienced Automotive Bookkeeper, with at least three years of experience and have the qualifications that are stated below, and are looking to take a step up into a Management role, you need to apply as well.

CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory

Your job responsibilities would be:

  • Preparation  for NYS Sales Tax
  • Bank Reconciliations, floor plan audits
  • Timely posting & submission of Payroll
  • Responsible for schedules and general ledger / other office duties
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, and collections
  • Costing deals / Commissions with trade payoffs & floor plan
  • All aspects of compliance
  • Oversee and train office staff
  • Must be a team player, small office, ability to multitask
  • You must be punctual, have the ability to multi-task and communicate with our office staff
