Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of DMV & Verify is mandatory
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite  is a plus, but not mandatory
• Processing all out-of-state registrations and titles with a DMV service
• Process all NYS titles and registrations
• Maintain and order documents needed for billing
• Process all wholesales and swaps to make sure all titles and documents are processed timely and efficiently
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
• Organization and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

• A self-motivated efficient person who can effectively prioritize tasks
• Prior Billing experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Possesses exceptional interpersonal/verbal communication skills
