You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences and help them find the perfect Mercedes-Benz vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet and exceed sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Continuously learn about the Mercedes-Benz brand and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, and competitive mindset
• Great character and loyal to the success of the dealership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Driven to learn about the Mercedes-Benz brand and business
