We offer a large, diverse inventory of front-line-ready vehicles—from luxury brands like Bentley to affordable options like Hyundai—allowing you to meet every type of customer need and maximize your earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an automotive enthusiast with a proven track record in sales and closing deals.

You should bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Solid organizational skills and work ethic
  • Experience in automotive sales or a BDC role (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of F&I (a plus)

Respnsibilities 

  • Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicles
  • Generate leads and build relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups

We will provide you with a

  • Salary range $75K-$100K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
  • An aggressive end-of-the-month bonus structure
