Service Advisor

Stoler Lexus, located at 2090 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor to join our team!

We have a rare opening available due to one of our Service Advisors recently being promoted to Service Manager. The Stoler Auto Group has a strong history of promoting from within, and this position offers a real opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor who is looking to join a busy, well-established Lexus dealership with room to grow.

We are seeking to hire candidates who have the following skills:

• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Knowledge of CDK is a plus, but not mandatory

We will provide you with:

• We offer  a base salary of $800 per week
• Salary range is $125K – $150K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
• We have a very unique and aggressive commission
