Service Administrator  /  Loaner Car Personnel

Millennium Chevrolet, located on Franklin Ave, Hempstead, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Administrator / Loaner Car Personnel to join our team!

We are seeking to hire a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual to assist our busy Service Department with administrative duties and the coordination of our loaner vehicle program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who can do the following;

• Meet & greet customers in our Service Dept
• Log in customers’ vehicle information into the computer system
• Verifies the accuracy of the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system and closes paid tickets.
• Answers the phone and sets appointments, answers customer inquiries, and receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers.
• Confirmation appointments via phone and e-mail
• Check customers in and out of loaner vehicles.
• Verify the customer’s driver’s license, insurance, and any required paperwork.
• Prepare and complete loaner car agreements accurately.
• Coordinate loaner availability with the Service Department.
• Maintain an organized schedule of loaner vehicles.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following;

• You must be well organized &  responsible
• Must be able to multitask
