Service Administrator
Legend Nissan / Infiniti, a well-established and busy dealership located on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset, is seeking a Service Administrator to join our service team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Position Overview
The Service Administrator supports the service department by handling administrative, warranty, and clerical functions to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate documentation.
Job Responsibilities;
- Meet & greet customers.
- Answers the phone and sets appointments, answers customer inquiries, and receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers.
- Verifies the accuracy of the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system and closes paid tickets.
- Confirmation appointments via phone and email
- Other duties as assigned by management.
