AUTO BILLER

Hempstead Ford Lincoln, located on Franklin Ave, Hempstead, NY is seeking to hire an Auto Biller! 

Prior Auto Billing experience is not mandatory. If you have prior auto experience from another facet of the business and are looking to take a step up… We are willing to train you!

Responsibilities:

• Billing all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
• Billing all new swaps and used wholesales
• Must have thorough knowledge of DMV and Verify
• Process all DMV paperwork promptly
• Process all in-transit paperwork
• Ensure that all paperwork complies with New York State regulations
• Make sure all titles and lien releases are received promptly and updated in the computer log
• Maintain electronic police books in the VERIFY system
• Manage plate and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date, and that inventory is ordered
• Various office duties as well

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Highly organized and dependable
• A true team player 
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus, but not mandatory

• Salary $55K – $60K per year / based on your level of experience
