Service Advisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
• Communicate service status updates clearly and consistently to customers
• Promote additional maintenance services when appropriate
• Ensure all repair orders are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership standards
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
