Service Advisor

Habberstad Kia, located on Jericho Tpke, Huntington, is part of the Habberstad Automotive Group, a trusted name in the automotive industry known for exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to our employees and customers.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

Position Overview:

The Automotive Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-oriented, and able to effectively communicate service recommendations while ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
• Prepare repair orders and communicate vehicle issues to technicians
• Provide service recommendations and estimates to customers
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and timelines
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership procedures
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
