F&I Manager

East Hills Volkswagen Subaru, located on Sunrise Hwy in Sayville, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced F&I Manager to join our team!

We are seeking to hire one experienced automotive F&I professional who understands how to maximize every opportunity while maintaining excellent CSI and complete compliance.

We have plenty of new and pre-owned vehicles in stock, a strong flow of customers, and plenty of used-car turns, giving the right F&I Manager an outstanding opportunity to produce, earn, and grow.

Responsibilities 

• Present and sell finance, warranty, and aftermarket products
• Secure competitive financing through our lender relationships
• Maximize gross profit on every opportunity
• Maintain accurate and compliant deal paperwork
• Ensure all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements are followed
• Work closely with the Sales Management team to keep deals moving
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the F&I process
• Excellent references are a must

• Salary range $85K – $150K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
