Customer Experience Mgr

Atlantic Chevrolet / Cadillac is located on Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore. NY  and we are seeking to hire a Customer Service Manager.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who can ensure that our customers have had a positive experience when coming to our Service Dept.

Prior New Car Dealership experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Job Requirements

• Contact each customer to determine their satisfaction with the service work performed to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations
• Stay in contact with the ” Waiting customers ” and check on the progress of their car and give continual updates
• Monitor hold-overs and make sure the customers are updated
• Great phone & people skills
• Computer  knowledge is a must
• Must have a professional and polished demeanor
• Handle customer complaints with the factory in a timely fashion
• Keep a log of the CSI on a daily basis

• Salary range of $65K-$75K per year, based on your level of experience /  This is a commission-based opportunity
