Service Advisor

East Hills Subaru of Roslyn located on Northern Blvd, Roslyn NY, is currently seeking a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to satisfy automotive needs.

SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES!

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers in service lanes
• Generate appraisals and estimates
• Write repair orders and follow up with the customer via phone, email and text.
• Maintain CSI standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong listening & communication skills​
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Be very detail-oriented
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
