What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for incoming web, phone, and email inquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to keep customers engaged, from first touch through the long term
• Answer questions in a friendly, professional way and help solve problems
• Route customer calls and concerns to the right person on our team
• Log every interaction in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (any industry)
• Comfortable with everyday computer tools (Windows, Google, Microsoft Office)
• Strong phone and email etiquette and a genuine, can-do attitude

Schedule

Full-time, 5-day work week that may include a Saturday or Sunday. 8-hour shifts, opening or closing, may vary.
