Service Advisor

Chevrolet of Smithtown, located in Saint James, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. We are part of the Tantillo Auto Group, and we offer a stable, well-established environment with plenty of room for career growth and advancement within our organization.

GM experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We have a very busy shop, and we need help!

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience required
• Great organizational, follow-up and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, CSI, and outgoing demeanor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to upsell maintenance and repair recommendations ethically
• Experience with Reynilds & Reynolds / Ignite is a plus, but not mandatory
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• The ability to build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers
• A valid NYS driver’s license
