Long Island New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow our Service Department. Prior General Motors dealership experience is required

In this role, you will be responsible to lead the daily operations, maximize profitability, drive top‑tier team performance, while controlling costs, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Has a strong knowledge of Fixed Operations metrics and understands how to drive the business
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above factory/company standards
  • Oversees training and development of Service Department employees
  • Oversees compliance with all warranty policies and procedures
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to manufacturers’ standards
  • Ensures that the Service Department is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintains a good working relationship with the manufacturer
  • Maintains excellent employee relations
  • Detail-oriented / communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
  • Proven track record of achieving goals

Job Requirements:

  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
  • Team-oriented
  • Valid in-state driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Excellent references

We will provide you with the following:

  • Salary $125K–$225K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
  • A medical benefits plan is available
