Champion Maserati, Alfa Romeo, located on Northern Blvd, Great Neck, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Service Dept.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant in our Service Department, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the backbone of our service team, assisting with scheduling, customer communication, data entry, and other administrative functions that help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering phones and assisting customers with service-related inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining a service calendar
• Keeping track of our loaner car program
• Coordinating communication between service advisors, technicians, and customers
• Processing invoices and managing warranty/claim documentation
• Supporting the service manager and team with various clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or dealership experience preferred, but not required. mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software is a plus
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
