Service Administrator

 

Nissan of Westbury, part of the Ippolito Auto Group, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Administrator to support our busy Sales and Service Departments. If you’re organized, professional, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and accurately record payments from Sales and Service customers
  • Post receipts and transactions in the Reynolds system
  • Close repair orders upon payment
  • Prepare and compile daily deposit paperwork for accounting
  • Scan and process repair orders for warranty submission
  • Perform filing and general administrative duties as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service at checkout

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (or similar DMS) preferred
  • Prior cashier or administrative experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership setting
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

What We Offer:

  • $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
