We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following qualifications:

• Assist salespeople closing / T.O. deals an absolute… MUST
• The ability to desk  / pencil/structure deals
• Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Manage, train and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
• Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
• You will be assisting our F&I Dept and filling in when needed

Job Requirements;

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Minimum of (2) years Sales Management experience
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal / written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Benefits 

• Salary $125K-$150K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity 
• An aggressive end-of-the-month commission plan
